At Engaged Chocolates & More, we take pride in offering high-quality chocolates. Because our products are perishable, we follow a strict no-refund policy with limited exchange options.
❌ No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds on any order, including single-piece or 3-piece chocolate bars.
- Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances unless officially approved by management.
✅ Exchange & Replacement Eligibility
We offer exchange or replacement only if:
- You received the wrong product
- The chocolates arrived damaged, melted, or broken
📩 To Request a Replacement
Email us at care@engagedchocolates.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
⚠️ Claims without photos or raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
🔄 Replacement Process
- Approved claims will be processed within 5–15 business days
- Customized or limited-edition products may take longer
- We reserve the right to limit replacements in suspicious or repeated cases

- Products must be unused and in original packaging
